About Ysmaine Domiciano

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I began my professional journey by earning a Law degree from the University of São Paulo in 2009. In 2010, I moved to the United States as an exchange student, embracing new opportunities and challenges. Soon after, I proudly enlisted in the U.S. Army, where I served for eight years as a Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator, achieving the rank of sergeant.


While serving, I furthered my education by earning a dual bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology from Shippensburg University, graduating in 2017. My transition into the corporate world as a project manager helped me refine my organizational and managerial skills, which now play a vital role in leading my own real estate brokerage, NextHome Dream Seekers Realty.


My journey into real estate began in 2015 as an investor, where I gained hands-on experience in wholesaling and property flips. This sparked my passion for helping others navigate the home-buying and selling process. By 2020, I shifted to full-time real estate, and in 2023, I achieved the esteemed designation of licensed real estate broker.


Unlike a standard real estate agent, a real estate broker has advanced training, more rigorous education requirements, and greater experience. This distinction enables me to provide a higher level of expertise, professionalism, and strategic insight to every client and transaction. My role as a broker also equips me to better mentor and support my team, ensuring the highest standard of service across the board.


In addition to becoming a broker, I have earned several prestigious certifications, including:
Military Relocation Professional (MRP): Expertly assisting military families with relocation.
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES): Tailored services for clients aged 50 and older.
Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA): Providing data-driven pricing strategies for buyers and sellers.
Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR): Delivering exceptional guidance to homebuyers.
Seller Representative Specialist (SRS): Strategically representing sellers for optimal results.
Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE): Mastering negotiation tactics to secure the best deals.

These certifications reflect my commitment to continued education and equip me with the knowledge to serve clients from all backgrounds and life stages with unmatched expertise.
